Ordering Conditions

PLACING AN ORDER

1) To place an order for delivery or pick-up,

    call 773-774-4001 between the hours of

    8:30-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday or fax your

    order to 773-774-4614.

2) Place order as early as possible to reserve date

    and delivery time. If you have a change of plans,

    please allow 72 hours notice.

3) Delivery Time: Unforgettable Edibles has a

    one-hour range for delivery.

4) Delivery Charge: Minimum is $15. Please

    call to verify rate based on your location.

FINAL COUNT & MENU SELECTION

Final Counts and Final Menu Selections are

due 4 days prior (or greater in some cases)

to an event. Last minute orders or count

changes incur an additional 15% charge.

Last minute orders may be subject

to a 15% up charge.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at time of service. Deposits

may be required. Payment may be made by

cash, check, MasterCard, or Visa. Returned

check fee is $25.00,  charge declined $25.00

fee. After 30 days unpaid balances, NSF, and

declines will result in a minimum of 20%

additional charge plus legal fee incurred.

TAX

State and City sales tax will be added.

BREAKFAST

$300.00 minimum before 9:00 a.m.

GUARANTEE

A minimum guarantee may be required. You

may increase your guarantee up to 72 hours

prior to your event.

STAFFING FOR YOUR EVENT

Servers and Bartenders are available to assist

you at your event. They will allow you to

enjoy your event as much as your guests will.

The rate for servers and bartenders is $25.00

an hour (4-hour minimum). A travel fee may

be incurred.

GRATUITY

Gratuity for drivers/set-up persons is not

included in the bill. Gratuity is added for wait-

staffing at a rate of 15% of Food & Beverage.

If you have enjoyed

the service, please feel free to increase the

percentage.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL & RETURN

Any rental equipment including chafing racks, Styrofoam containers, baskets, baking sheet pans,

etc. must be returned within 72 hours of your event. Deposit required for rental equipment. In the event equipment is not returned, it will be understood that you have decided to purchase the items and we will bill your MasterCard or Visa.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you find it necessary to cancel within 48 hours of your event, you will be responsible for

75% of the bill.
